Returns & Exchanges

Our skincare is crafted with intention and produced fresh for every order. Because of this, returns are limited.

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Items that do not match the description

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. If approved, your item will be inspected upon arrival, and we will proceed with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Changes

Product Shelf Life

Our products are formulated to remain stable and effective for up to 24 months from production. Shelf life after opening varies depending on the formula and is always listed on the product packaging.
